Needle depth can be adjusted from 0.25 to 2.5 mm, covering the full range typically required for dermoaesthetic treatments. Its non-slip metal housing provides a secure grip and the right amount of weight, yet it won’t put unnecessary strain on the wrist during use. With five speed settings, it’s a safe choice both for professionals who are new to microneedling mesotherapy and for experienced practitioners. The rechargeable, cordless operation also eliminates traditional adapter cables that can restrict movement and make precise handling more difficult.

The real innovation, however, lies in the treatment head. Thanks to the built-in anti-flow system, the head prevents fluids released from the skin during treatment, as well as mesotherapy actives already delivered by the needles, from flowing back into the device while the needles are in motion. This not only improves overall treatment efficiency, but also helps minimize the risk of post-treatment irritation, inflammation, or infection.

Please note: due to the design of the head, only the needle cartridges made specifically for this device can be used. Cartridges for earlier mesopen models are not compatible, so make sure to select the correct tips when placing your order.
